My friends and I just went to the Qatar Airways Phuket Office and I must say, the quality of service we got was fantastic. We were booking our return trip and had a couple of queries regarding luggage capacity and connecting flights. The people at the office dealt with all of this so professionally and with such genuine warmth. The woman who helped us went the extra mile to make sure we had all the information we needed. She even advised us on the best time to arrive at the airport and assisted us in choosing seats beside one another. It's the little things that count! The office itself was tidy, well-presented, and centrally located. What actually impressed us most was the patience of the team, although we did ask a lot of questions. You don't always receive that sort of service when you are a long way from home, but the Qatar Airways Phuket office treated us like VIPs. We all left the office smiling and much more at ease about our travels. Honestly, I wasn't expecting such a high level of service in a local airline office, but was impressed.
